Marriage contract of Fatimah Baygum, daughter of Karbalayi Aqa, with Mashhadi Muhammad Taqi (son of Karbalayi ‘Abd al-Rahim (merchant)) as attorney, and ‘Abd al-Husayn, son of Karbalayi Mirza Muhammad, with his brother (‘Abd al-Hashim) as attorney. The mahr is eighty tumans as well as one tuman for a copy of a Qur’an.

Probably from Muntasir Lashkar; on the marriage of ‘Azimat Khanum, suggests that the mother should be entrusted to take care of related affairs, and to refer to God and the Qur’an for divination; asks to give the fifty tumans to Fatimah Khanum, but to advise her not to overspend; sends greetings to mother and sisters; inquires about the addressee and his tutor; complains about not receiving news about Ma‘sumah and Ruqiyah over the past year and is concerned if they are dead, urging them to tell him the truth.
